(^ ͜^) *by E***T on 27 December 2021* Sehr gutes und schön gleichgroß mäßig Popendes Korn. Nehmt meist was weniger kann ich empfehlen, weil man sich mit der Menge schnell überschätzen kann und dann manche durch die dichte Anbrennen und dann Garnicht erst aufpopen, je nach Zubereitungmetode (Pfanne/Topf). Jedenfalls sehr zufrieden da es einfach, vorallem Schnell und unkompliziert geht. Meine Zubereitungsmetode in (Pfanne/Topf): Herd auf Stufe 6 von 9 bzw. 2/3 stärke erhitzen. Zuerst das Öl ↓ (in mein Fall "Nativ Kaltgepresstes Rapsöl" gibts wahrscheinlich in jedem Supermarkt.) Den Boden mit einer leichten Schicht Öl überziehen, die gewünschte Menge Popkörner dazugeben und je nach Menge noch ein schuss Öl dazu, damit alle Körner auch einen Ölfilm bekommen. Mit ein Löffel einmal alle Körner verrühren, damit alle eine Ölschicht erhalten, und direkt danach mit der gewünschten menge von "was auch immer", Aromatisieren. In meinem Fall mit einem (EL) ne leichte Schicht normalen Haushaltszucker gleichmäßig über die Körner streuen und nochmals verrühren. Und direkt danach sollte schon das Popen folgen, und falls im Topf immer mal durchschütteln damit die unteren Körner nicht sich festkleben und anbrennen. Und der gesamte Vorgang dauert im Schnitt nur um die 10min. Und schmeckt großartig. Und schöne große Popkornflocken, bzw. Mushroomform.
