The on line reviews of the system did create some hesitancy on my part especially the comments on customer service. Once I got the system installed and began the configuration I had a number of questions. I am extremely satisfied with Lorex customer service. I used the chat contact method and the representative on their side quickly assisted me and provided me the answer to my questions. I am not an expert on survallance systems or networking and each time I had a question the Lorex representative helped me solve the issue I had. The video and sound from the system is excellent. Review: Camera is clear, but app is junk - Camera was easy to install and straight forward. The only downside other than the price is the app. If you need to monitor your office or home at all times remotely I would try another system. It’ll take forever and sometimes not show up on your phone at all.
