**Q: does this work well for making noodles?**
A: I do not know if this would work for noodles, however it is very excellent for pizza dough.  I suggest you look at their web site to see if it is appropriate for noodles or pasta.

**Q: Anyone used this for bagels?**
A: just pasta so far

**Q: What is the difference between this flour and the Caputo in the solid red package (both are labeled tipo 00 chef's flour)?**
A: As far as I know, the Blue package is used mostly by Pizza Parlors for their Pizza Dough - The Red package I have been using for my food processor quick Pasta (requires a bit of extra water since the 00 Flour is drier than the Bread Flour I used to use).

**Q: Have any of you used this to make cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls?**
A: Yes....home run!
