The hand ones get warm pretty fast and I had to just hold onto zip lock bags with ice in them for the last 30 minutes of my 60 minute Taxol infusion -- that worked too. The foot ones didn't have this problem. They are well worth your money if you're going to have chemo., both red devil and Taxol. I did waste my money buying extra of the blue inserts. You won't need them. The material used for the inserts is very sturdy.

Using them now. Very soft and easy to get on. 16 infusions. No neuropathy at all and VERY THANKFUL FOR THAT.
