Oh boy, he was right on the money lol. He had the best Christmas day ever! Santa should have kept everything else for next year!! Almost 7 months later, and it's still going strong! Hours and hours of fun have been had! Currently he has far too many coins in it, but that just keeps him busy. We found that 1p, 5p, Irish 2 cent, 5 cent and 10 cent coins work great and the extra weight adds to the fun. You can also add some small prizes or bigger "jackpot coins" via the hatch on the top. A few comments did mention battery life, but we have been more than happy with how long they last. Just get a proper brand name, and you will get months of fun. That being said, we use it 99 percent of the time without the music. I will open it one day and snip that wire! Really well built and never had issues with the pushers. A few coins have gotten stuck on the drop, but a few hard hits and all is good. It's a great size that can be set onto a shelf when not in use and looks great. Just don't tip it forward when moving, or you'll be finding coins on the floor for weeks! I see it's currently not in stock, but if it comes back and you're thinking about it, get it! Especially if you have a Tipping Point fan! Be aware you will also spend far too long playing with it!

Currently he has far too many coins in it, but that just keeps him busy. We found that 1p, 5p, Irish 2 cent, 5 cent and 10 cent coins work great and the extra weight adds to the fun. You can also add some small prizes or bigger "jackpot coins" via the hatch on the top. A few comments did mention battery life, but we have been more than happy with how long they last. My daughter (5) got this for her birthday since seeing it on YouTube filled with surprise eggs and it didn’t disappoint. I was in two minds as it has so many bad reviews but I thought why not let’s just go for it. First the good- it has a rather strong claw and it easily picks up the surprise eggs, sweets, chocolates and most things we put in there. It also seems very sturdy and I love that when you win it gives a little cheer. It really is a cute little arcade classic and we love it. The bad- as per most reviews it’s annoying that you can’t turn off the music. It’s the same music over and over again which is annoying. Also a few times, mid play it just stops and we have to put another coin in to start it. But to be honest this doesn’t take away the fun. I would give this 8/10 and would highly recommend! I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is actually and have one very happy girl
