They asked for a couple pics of the manufa turing code and problem itself and initiated a replacement order for the problem tube. The second one in the pack was fine and continues to hold air. I get occasionally things happen with manufacturing and the mark of a good vendor is how they handle issues that arise. In this case, they seem to value customer service and I couldn't be happier with the quick resolution.Items arrived promptly, however when I opened them up, 1 item had 2 pinhole in it i discovered luckily prior to installation. The other item was ok so I just used it. 2 pack should be able to cover 2 wheels though and since I couldn't use both, 1 star. Didn't have time to return the product for replacement as I needed my side by side before a replacement would be here.
