**Q: Do all parker refills fit this pen**
A: Hello Ant, this is Francesca from Parker Consumer Care. Thank you for contacting us regarding our Parker IM Fountain Pen, Matte Black with Chrome Trim. I can confirm that the pen can be fitted with the Parker Quink Long Ink Cartridges.

**Q: How do I insert the ink cartridge.  I've tried pushing it on but it won't go. I don't want to break anything**
A: Have you tried turning it the other way up. You just press it in and put the lid on. Do you have the right ink cartridge

**Q: Does the nib section on the matte black version have a gloss finish? The photo seems to appear that it does.**
A: No, the entire exterior of this pen is matte black, apart from the gold look trims.  Just adding that it's a lovely weight with a medium nib.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Has anyone tried sketching with this or any Parker pen?**
A: fantastic. Beautiful to write with, wish I had bought it earlier. I never use anyting else now.
