I hate it and never know when they are going to kick in, so I usually carry some sort of treatment with me at all times. I've tried several and this one is not my favorite. The pads are very stiff and don't seem to expand into the nasal cavity as well as others I've used. The package includes a couple of sterile wipes, which are pretty useless for a nosebleed. There are two in the package, but once you open the plastic bag containing them, there is no way to seal it.
