With free! Underlay a fair price. Would have wished for thicker underlay to compliment flexibility , but as free acceptable.with what was left over makes good covering for other things. It is full of water and holding, good start. It's flexible, easy to cut, and we hope it lasts. The left overs are handy for covering edges under stones, and will also be used in between paving stones on the path down the garden and other handy places, so not wasted.
