It fits so nicely in your hand and the silicon allows you to get a decent grip so it does not slip out of your hands during use! It has very soft gentle bristles, so there is no pain at all to the babies scalp during use. We began to see progress within the first couple of uses. It is nice and small as well if you need to bring it with you!It cleans pretty easily with water and soap, but it does get fuzz and dust stuck to the silicon if you leave it out which is a bit annoying to remove.
