It's apparent some thought went into the design of the product. Unlike the long and narrow shape of most pads, this product has wide wings and some added elasticity that absorbs and contains leakage during activity or sleep. It is a little bulkier than some other products, but fits well and is very comfortable. The adhesive on these pads is about the worst I have found. Don't be embarrassed when out somewhere. Get a roll of double sided sticky tape and do what the company does not seem to want to do. Make sure they stick. I called the North America division. They advised they would give the company my input. Hmmm. These are the best I have found. Comfortable and protective. They wont leak until they are completely saturated. There are side folds to keep you in place and contribute to containment. If you really want extended coverage - cut slits in the back side and place a cheap thinner pad on the back to accumulate the excess.
