The band is adjustable and so stays in place. The expandable pocket is enough to hold my phone, keys, money and my earbud case. The dual pocket design means I can keep my phone separate so if I need to use it my other items are safe from falling out. It is water resistant, so you know your things are safe on rainy days, or hot sweaty days. I intend on wearing the belt on my next trip abroad to keep valuable safe.

The expandable pocket is enough to hold my phone, keys, money and my earbud case.
