**Q: Are both sides adhesive**
A: Yes, both the hook side and the loop side have adhesive applied. I have applied he hook to the back side of a solar panel that is heavy plastic and the loop portion to the roof of my camper. I have had the camper on the open road and have not had a problem with the installation.

**Q: Would this stick to a fabric, let's say a polyester tablecloth on one side and a tulle ribbon on the other side? I am making a tulle tableskirt but wanna be able to take off the tableskirt when I need to wash the tablecloth.**
A: There are attachable Velcro fasteners made just for fabrics that would seemingly work very well. They hold as fast as these do but are softer and able to stay better. You can get them with either adhesive on one side and for really soft fabrics, strips you can sew onto the clothes.

**Q: is there velcro without a sticky back**
A: Yes, there is sew able Velcro that can be adhered with a sewing machine or by hand which ever is easiest for you.

**Q: If I stick one side to the laminate edge on the 48 inch shelf, and one pc to the fabric will it stick to the fabric.
I want to hand a curtain panel**
A: Hi JJ ~ I'm going to toss in my 2 cents worth :-)  Just weekend before last, I needed something over a set of shelves in my closet.  The "stuff" on the shelves was constantly dusty.  So I was just hoping if I had some kind of cover/curtain that would help.  Well I did exactly what you're talking about and it worked great - - I too had to wonder if it would stick to the fabric.  And I feel like I gave it a really good test...I used a bath towel for my "curtain"!  So it's been 10 days and I keep checking to see how it's holding up.  So far, so good :-)  At some point I'm going to have to wash the towel...I'll just have to see how that works out.  But even if I have to replace the Velcro, that's not such a horrible thing~  Hope this has helped :-)

This product would have got 5 stars! but only one side of this clear Velcro is clear- the hook side. The loop side is white! from the description etc it read as if the hook and loop sides are both clear, avoiding as Velcro claimed the need for colour matching when required. However, the loop side is WHITE. I had wrongly assumed that the white tape in the picture was the peel off backing tape used to differentiate the hook and loop sides. The USA company that sold this product were great so no probs there. The product itself is good as it is low profile and bends around objects without peeling back and so keeps the distance between joined materials to a minimum, so I kept the product. So if you looking for a totally clear tape this is not for you! 3m do a Dual Clear Lock but I've not tried or seen it. Please Velcro this is not rocket science to make this good product- great! by being totally clear! Velcro surely one of the best inventions ever, I love it! along with the zip, bluetooth, wifi etc etc..
