Used them the first night to make fajitas and I thought the taste and texture was spot on. They really chew like tender chicken pieces. They are, however, harder to re-hydrate than Soy Curls. While Soy Curls can just sit in hot water, these require a bit more work. To make these I boiled them in vegetable "chicken" broth and then squeezed out the extra liquid in a french press. Once pressed, I added them to the peppers and onions and cooked for a bit. Pros: Cheaper than Soy Curls Better texture, IMO Cons: Take longer/more labor needed to hydrate All in all, I think they're great.
