This kit eliminates the extra moving parts and simplifies the bottom bracket basically to two bearings. Even an old frame with a heavy one-piece cranks can be turned into a more efficient, lighter and smoother mechanism.It's really easy to install and quiet. Somehow pricey though.

Much better than the old caged bearings that cam out. Installation couldn't have been easier. No bearing press/ tool needed. Just add some grease to the outside and gently tap the cups in not the bearings.
