How can I review something I cannot use.. ### ⭐⭐ Mist *by S***L on 5 June 2024* Overall the product was not bad but once I tried to remove it from the factory settings it stopped working. The issue with leaving it with the factory settings is that the oil would be used up very quickly. There is also a lack of instructions and explanation on how to get it to work again. For the amount of money that I spent I believe it should’ve been more convenient and useful. This is the second time I have ordered a diffuser and this is the second time it has stopped working.
