Don’t hesitate they will do you right.My only concern is I needed the items quickly which was part of their promise …same day delivery. I needed them because I was using my spare aids while the others went to Oticon for repairs. Still they came the next day and the promised date was Memorial Day a National holiday.I can’t blame them for that but thought it warranted mentioning anyway.
