Review: Received Faulty Product, Poor Quality and Worse Customer Service - Received a faulty product yesterday itself. The HDMI switch causes constant screen flickering, signal drops, and random colored dots/noise on the display. Tried lowering the resolution, disabling HDR, and even tested with different short HDMI cables, but nothing solved the issue. Very poor product quality and completely unreliable. On top of that, not even able to get a proper replacement or refund support. Extremely disappointing experience and poor service from both the seller and desertcart.

Received a faulty product yesterday itself. The HDMI switch causes constant screen flickering, signal drops, and random colored dots/noise on the display. Tried lowering the resolution, disabling HDR, and even tested with different short HDMI cables, but nothing solved the issue. Very poor product quality and completely unreliable. On top of that, not even able to get a proper replacement or refund support. Extremely disappointing experience and poor service from both the seller and Amazon.
