**Q: This has rice flour in it so how is this listed as Keto?**
A: I did some research bc this concerned me as well & no one seems to be talking about it enough. I'm not sure why it's in these products but turns out it's in most keto supplements. But the amount of rice flour is so little it adds up to less than 1 carb per serving. So I personally think it's okay. I haven't even bought this yet but I'm about to. Just wanted to do my research first. Hope this helps!

A: The FDA regulates potassium supplements to 100mgs because too much is deadly. It can cause bowel lesions, heart attacks, and more. The vast majority of people don't need potassium (or sodium) in supplements. If you think you do your doctor can help with an assessment, prescription, and monitoring.
