Bad purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by D***S on 25 August 2022* To stop it from letting the knee bend, I used a zip tie and duct tape to hold the locking mechanism in place, or it popped out continually. This maybe because I'm active with the brace, but it's a weak point. The lever that holds the side in place, so it doesn't rotate around to the front when tightening straps, doesn't work well. it should be held in place by the straps but wasn't. My solution was to stable the pad in place to the strap - on each pad and strap on the non-hooking side. I'm sure other solutions could work. The lowest pads don't lock in place for length either. if it's tight enough it mostly stays where I want it, but even lower it's not an issue so I don't care. Bottom line: It does it's job for me and I'm hard on it. For the money it was worth it. Other's might not want the hassle.
