Very helpful in regulating when you smoke, or just generally scheduling your smoking. That being said, it doesn't fit my box of cigarettes, which are 100's so I suppose they're longer than what this box entails. That is pretty important to note, as that was my main reason in getting this, as I'm sure others. I have been just taking cigarettes out of the box and putting it in here, but it doesn't fit more than 10 at a time which is also an issue. You can't really be as strict with yourself if the other half of your cigarettes are still sitting in the box, not locked.That being said the timer works fine. It stays set to the same time you had it set to the last time you decided to lock it, which is quite convenient and the box itself looks nice. The sturdiness of the box is a bit questionable, by the images it looks like it would be more sturdy than it is, but it's a brittle plastic, so I'm not sure how many drops this could take for instance.

Bought this to curb my constant need for instant gratification. Works as intended, and really made me realize I need to slow things down and quit this terrible habit. Highly recommended.

I have now bought 3 of these. And Im sure you're thinking,why would you continue to buy a terrible product? Well I had 5 cardiac arrests in one day and 2 heart attacks on two separate occasions and they don't have any idea why it keeps happening. Yes,yes, poor me. My point is the first event I was on life support for 3 days. So I was sedated during my withdrawal and I quit smoking for almost 4 months. Better than I had ever done because I had never tried lol. But you know the end of this story. I started smoking again and I really need and want to quit. But Im a heavy smoker. So this at least keeps me from lighting up every 30 minutes but it keeps breaking ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯. And I will keep buying them. But unless you are ready to make that commitment don't buy any of them.

But I thought this would be a great gift to help my husband - he didn't find it nearly as amusing as I did. This cigarette case with time lock is just ok. You can't really fit your full pack of smokes in it, so what's the point if you can just grab a smoke elsewhere. Plus, it will let you back into it, even if it's locked. In theory, if you're READY to quit, this could be a tool that helps you time the smoke breaks better.

Perfect for that chain smoker in your life who wants to cut back but doesn't have the willpower, or for the person trying to quit. Put them in, the case locks, and only opens at the designated time. Unfortunately, though, it can't count how many they grab so they still need to have the willpower to not grab 5 when the case can be opened. Not a super sturdy case - so if you really want to break it to get it open you can - but it is meant for cigarettes and not cash, so sturdy enough for the job at hand.

I occasionally smoke cigarettes. I order cigarette case that can be locked to curve my cravings for cigarettes. Upon opening the box, I liked the metal case but I realized that it would not fit full pack of cigarettes, which is fine because it’s idea behind the case. I charged the case overnight. The primary feature of this product is the time lock. It's important that the locking mechanism is easy to set and provides a secure way to prevent access until the designated time has passed. It is more of fun way to curve cigarette smoking because if I really want to smoke, I will smoke. Overall, the cigarette case is a fair value.

This case is very flimsy and it took forever to get it to charge. It does not hold the charge for very long and that is a hassle. I got this for a chain smoker but I do not see it working very well to help them to cut down on what they smoke. Overall, I think this is a piece of junk and will not last long enough to help someone actually quit smoking.

This comes with a nice case, a USB charging cable, and instructions. I charged it for hours and hours and did it several times. The battery indicator was hollow and when it was fully charged, I removed it from the cable. The LED would not work even after following all the instructions. I tried again, and again, and again. I even tried setting the lock while in charge mode. This is just a glorified case with a battery that does not hold a charge. The moment I removed it from the cable and then put it back on the charger about 10 minutes later, the battery indicator was hollow (see photos).The current price of $26.39 ($32.99 minus 20%) is outrageous for this junk. This might be great if it worked as designed.
