If you don't, you need not read this. But if you do, let me tell you that Jongga Kim chi is the real deal, just like mom used to bury in the backyard. It's got good flavor, a nice, midrange spiciness, and a wonderfully crunchy texture. I ended up eating the whole full can before I knew it. One caution: the pull top does not come off easily. I used pliers to remove it. Be careful! But do not let that stop you.
