Initially had trouble getting them both to work, and for some reason I did not get a manual, but got them both to work. ### ⭐ No left ear *by T***Y on October 20, 2023* With this product I brought one pair the left eat didn’t when I was on the phone or made a call it only worked when listening to music ,so Amazon was nice enough to send me a second pair for free but the second pair still didn’t work .
