The vest is adjustable via two velcro straps, and fits both men and women.This is one of the few vests with a built-in pocket to carry your smartphone and/or wallet while you run.The light turns on with just one push of a button on the back of the vest, and the light offers three settings: Slow blink, fast blink, and steady shine.  The red LED light is attached to the vest by velcro which holds strong during vigorous movement, but detaches conveniently when you need to wash the vest. One button cell battery is included, and is easily replaced when needed. The battery typically lasts about 1200 hours, so you can keep on moving.
