Quick and easy breakfast or great for an on the go snack. It is Gluten Free, Paleo, Non Gmo, low in natural sugar 4g (from honey and maple syrup) and low in carbs 9g. A mixture of large and small clusters. I eat it dry or occasionally with coconut milk. The only drawback is price. Amazon prices are $3.00 more per bag than other grocery stores and Amazon doesn't run sales reducing the price even more as they do. This deal (buying 3 bags) was more competitive so I purchased it this time from Amazon.
