Been buying from Bulk Supps for years..their products have always been satisfying for me..I bought the biotin some years ago and loved the results it has for my hair..I'm now 30 years old and can really use the boost to my hair health..so I can right back to bulk Supplements to re-up..I usually spend several hundred on them at a time buying all their products..that end up lasting me MONTHS..some of the products have lasted me throughout a year or more of regular use..before having to get more..I've spent thousands on other products throughout the years for my personal training..now most of my supplementation comes from them.

Only gave 4 stars because of a few lumps, however these do melt if you are adding it to a liquid. Great for hair and nails! I add it to my smoothies and also add it to my dogs food with some pumpkin and water or broth. I also add it to my horses' mash. I find it to be a big benefit. The foil pouch is a bonus for freshness. I have been satisfied with all the supplements that I have ordered from BulkSupplements!

I love this Biotin! I have tried others and never noticed any difference. But I've been using BulkSupplements for a few weeks and have already noticed a difference in my nails. I have alot of digestive issues, which has caused an inability to absorb the B vitamins I need. This in turn has caused my nails to split in half and are so thin and have ridges. But my nails are already growing faster and stronger and with very little splitting. Also, my hair started growing thinner and changing from curly to straight. I haven't noticed as much difference in my hair but hope to over time. Highly recommend!
