The device feels secure inside the case, and the flap helps keep everything in place so there's no movement when carrying it around. One of my favorite features is the built-in charger storage. Being able to keep the charger with the device means my wife can't accidentally misplace it or lose track of it somewhere in the house, which has already saved me some frustration. I don't personally use the game cartridge holder since all of my games are digital, but it's a nice addition for anyone who still uses physical media. Even without using that feature, the flap provides extra protection and keeps everything secure. The case is a little thicker than some of the slimmer options out there, but the added protection and storage make it well worth it in my opinion.
