My husband had a stroke (bed bound). Sitting right next to his bed sit & sleep in 2 extra large folding camping chairs facing each other. I have purchased great cushions to sit on, neck support when I slept, & tried several back pillows that didn't work. This item is perfect for me. It supports, so comfortable, & is not hot!!! During the day I use it upright in the chair. When I slept I turn it sideways in the chair with my neck cushion. When I lay down I fold it up for support under my legs. Helps with my pelvic & IC issues. God bless🌹🙏
