Review: Ich finde Geräte bei denen man zu Hause seine koordinativen Fähigkeiten trainieren kann ganz toll. Und dieses Gerät ist das neuste in meiner Sammlung. Gleich am Anfang ist mir die hervorragende Verarbeitung des Holzes sehr positiv aufgefallen. Hier ist absolut nichts, wo man sich einen Splitter einziehen könnte. Außerdem sind 4 Gummi-noppen an den Ecken des Brett's angebracht, die beim Auf- und Absteigen den heimischen Fußboden schonen. Ebenso verfügt die Rolle über 2 Gummiringe. Das stehen auf dem Brett ist am Anfang eine leichte Herausforderung, aber aufgrund des spielerischen Charakters bleibt die Motivation erhalten und die ersten Erfolge lassen nicht lange auf sich warten. Am besten trainiert es sich auf Parkett, aber wer am Anfang unsicher ist kann auch erstmal auf Teppichboden trainieren, das ist leichter, weil die Rollbewegung etwas gebremst wird. Das Brett ist für Jung und Alt sehr gut geeignet. Evtl. kann man am Anfang gemeinsam trainieren - einer trainiert und einer hilft. Das einzig negative ist, dass die Rolle beim hin und her rollen manchmal unter dem Brett hervorrutscht, aber das passiert relativ langsam und wenn man ein wenig aufpasst und ggf. das Brett nochmal neu auflegt ist das kein Problem. Im Lieferumfang sind auch Anti-Rutsch-Aufkleber enthalten. Wenn man mit Socken trainieren möchte ist es relativ sinnvoll, diese zu benutzen. Ich trainiere barfuß und benötige sie nicht. Darüberhinaus verfügt das Brett über viele Löcher entlang des Randes an denen sich ein sogenanntes Thera-Set (von Pedalo) einhängen lässt um auch Kraft und Ausdauer zu trainieren. Da ich ein solches Set nicht besitze, kann ich dazu nicht viel sagen. Aber die Idee finde ich prima. Was ich bemängele, ist die unkomplette Lieferung der zugehörigen Antirutsch-Streifen. Der Satz sollte nach Bild auf dem Beilagezettel aus 4 Elementen bestehen. Er enthielt aber nur 3. Das ist deshalb ärgerlich, weil eine gleichzahlige, symmetrische Verteiung auf beide Bretthälften nicht möglich ist.
