Move up and down full travel 10 times to loosen dust 2. Use an air can or air line to blow out dust 3. Spray electrical contact cleaner into the fader. 4. Move up and down full travel 10 times to help the cleaner do its job. Allow to dry. 5. Add a drop of deoxit either side of the slider. 6. Move up and down full travel 10 times to ensure the tracks are properly lubricated Result = a superbly smooth, crackle free fader I have brought hundreds of faders back to full service with this method. I use whatever contact cleaner I can get cheapest but never scrimp on Caig deoxit

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this product work on the battery contacts in my nikon speedlight sb-700?  i accidentally left the batteries in it and one leaked.**
A: I doubt it would help by itself.  I would be more inclined to remove corroded metal on the battery contacts with a metal file or sand paper.

**Q: I see this is marked 100% whereas the sprays are around 5%. Is this a concentrate? Should it be diluted in 99% isopropyl?**
A: No don’t dilute u use the rubbing alcohol to clean the rails of the faded then use this to line it also u want to live ur faders before use just one drop
