In the summer it's warm and in the winter, it's cold. REALLY cold. I purchased this and a smart plug so that I can schedule it to turn on and heat the room before I need to get into the shower each morning. It has worked SO well! I love it and my husband applauded my ingenuity. I live in SoCal and don't have heat because my system is 18 y.o. and no longer safe to fire up. Heater replacement estimates ranged from 8 to 18k!!! Originally from Chicago, I figure I can live without it in SoCal. So far, it has not gotten below 50 in the house. Probably because of the sun during the day. BUT, bathing is a bit chilly! So I got this to use in my bathroom and couldn't be more PLEASED. It warmed my 12x8 bathroom 10 degrees from 52 to 62 in about 10 minutes! I place it on a 12"x12" paver. I place most of my electronics and power suppliers on pavers of various sizes to prevent over heating. Just put a piece of artist foam or flannel on the bottom of the paver so it slides without ruining your flooring. ### ⭐ Electrical nightmare *by A***Q on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2018* Every time I'd run the heater it would trip my electric circuit. It's also really basic for $50. I ended up going to Wal-Mart and buying a ceramic heater for $30, and didn't have any problems with the same outlet.
