Review: These have made my measuring easier, having a backlit screen that isn't hidden by large bowls alone is enough to make these top notch. the bakers percentage function is great for those who know what it does. i use it when i want to play with a recipe a little, as you can lower you flour amount and the scale will do the percentage parts for you (no maths). Change the settings to lights always on, and to never auto switch off. this way it will never switch off when you get distracted ( losing where you where in the maths) and you can always see when you've left it on, important if your running it on batteries. the whole thing is basically wipe down to clean, and the top plate comes of for easier cleaning. if you bake regularly, these are for you.
