N**K
Made In China? Of course it is. But sounds good.
They don't give you the courtesy of providing the required plugs or connectors. You need a dual RCA to single RCA for the SW output, and you need dual RCA to dual Banana plugs for the speakers. Something else that annoyed me is that they didn't send me the remote control that was shown in the images of the product. The pictures show the silver/metallic remote, but I got the older black/plastic one, which many reviewers said is not as good. I will have to buy the wires, and I will update on the sound quality.Update: 3/5/2018I finally got the required cables. Basically for the SW output (Subwoofer Output) you need 2 male RCA to single RCA. The speaker terminals just require regular speaker wire with the ends cut off. Just connect each speaker to the Red and White terminal, Red being the + and Black being the -. If you have a speaker pair you would need two separate cables to connect both of them individually to the back of the AMP. Just screw back the terminal, wrap the cable ends around each and tighten, its easy.Sound: Sound is great, everything is clear, no popping noises, no extra noise coming from Subs. Make sure your speaker/subs is not rates more than 8 ohm, that might produce problems as the amp is rates 8 ohm. Anything below should be fine, I have the Sony SSCS5, its 6 ohm and I HIGHLY recommend it, unbeatable speaker for the price, no kidding. Also for the Subs grab either a Polk Audio PSW-10, or a Sony SACS9. The Sony would probably work better with the Sony, but I have the Polk and its great for $99.The speaker gets mildly warm. Not a big problem, shouldn't be problematic, these things are built to withstand up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit.I am updating the rating from 3 to a 4, just for the sound quality, wish is great, still they didn't send me the right remote. So can'y give a 5.
