The holes are the smaller size, and are the same size as the smaller ones in Avery labels, so the labels centre easily with an Avery applicator (just remember to take out the large centre adaptor from the applicator if it is the flat type). If using an applicator, take the centre hole part of the label out before separating the label from the backing paper, and peel the label off face down and flat onto a table, near the edge of the table. This will stop the label curling. Prompt delivery too. The box was slightly damaged on receipt, but the labels inside were fine.
