Donut depositor 1031V uses double plungers which press the dough down, and thus, assures speed and perfect results even with a minimum of dough within the hopper. Designed to offer more options to the professional, it uses a cylinders system, which allows bigger donuts and faster production in loukoumades. It is made of stainless steel with aluminium and brass parts. Features a 7-liter stainless steel hopper. Produces donuts and loukoumades by using the proper plunger. It has size regulator for the desired results and can be combined with an electric motor. Electric donut fryer 804 is an ideal solution for frying donuts and loukoumades. With frying area of 50x30cm, it is able to meet the needs of the business without having to spend large amounts of oil. Its strong heating elements ensures maximum performance and also losses in the oil temperature. It is equipped with a stainless steel surface at the bottom, so that the donuts do not come in contact with the heating elements. Fryer comes with frying screen which is used to dip the donuts into the oil, reducing the frying time, without having to mix them with utensils.
