The knees end if on the outside edges and then you unconsciously spend hours tightening your nner thigh muscles to stop the knees sliding off.If the knee rest was wider or shaped to push back INWARDS then this would be much more helpful.The seat has a shaped cushion inside a faux leather covering. The foam is not attached or glued to the base, and only held in place by the faux leather. While sitting, you tend to slide down slightly, and this causes the foam to shift down the seat, and pressurise the faux leather thats holding in place. It also stresses the rear of the seat where the leather is "pulled" down and not sure how long this will hold.Ideally the foam should be glued to the base and not stress the cloth that holds it in place.Also had a few days to get used to shin pain while resting on the knee section as the edges of the cusion are too sharp and although they appear soft, resting on the edge for a few hours you'll start to feel it.After a few days I've managed to figure out a good position to sit in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% quality, value and worthwhile. *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 March 2019* Looking at the reviews on these chairs at this price tag I was naturally hesitant. I chose a metal frame one as I guessed it would be more robust, which seems a good call having put it together. The gas powered up/down adjustment also puts this product far above others at the price tag. It is strong, sturdy, easy to put together (10 mins, everything provided). The change of posture these give can bring a massive change to be far more free from pain if you’re someone who is seated for quite a bit of the time. I’m so glad I dived in and got one and I’m pleased this one proved to be quality. Well padded, easy on the eye, comfortable, helpful. Can’t rave about it enough. If you don’t know which to buy - pick this. I nearly spent £100 to get a 5* review product but glad I didn’t. ### ⭐ Don't bother! *by A***7 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 September 2020* Awful product for the follow reasons.1. The foam of the seat isn't attached tot the base. It's held their by the covering,which means itco stantly moves and I have to keep pushing it back into place.2.the cover is a vile, cheap pvc3 it rocks, wobbles and creaks despite being assembled correctly and all bolts etc. Being tight4. IT DOES Not force you to sit correctly. I still slouch.5. Worst of all, it gives you very sore shins after a couple of hours.
