Well, one that combines with another set is a start! I bought this and the Thor's Weapon Quest set, not realising the two link up. And they do so pretty seamlessly. And both sets work perfectly well on their own, which is true Lego class. As for this model on its own, the shaping is very nice and it has a surprising amount of room within for fugures: 4, possibly 5 or 6 with a bit of customisation. I think a bit selling point for a lot of people will be Thanos and the Gauntlet with the Reality Stone. The Iron Man figure is also excellent with the extended flight stabilizers. Star Lord and Gamora are fine, but they're little scooter thing is cute, and the way it does double duty as the ship's controls is masterful. It is missing that all-important tapedeck though, but I can forgive that for the sheer enjoyment of the build and the value for money in terms of price per part and volume of stuff, playability and displayability, and the cool figures.
