Thanks.** A: These are water based so they will not emulsify in oil. **Q: How does princess flavor compare to buttery sweet dough flavor? I'm not sure how they are different.** A: buttery sweet dough is more generally nutty and with a hint of citrus. princess flavoring has a very acidic almond like flavor to it that's otherwise hard to describe. Which is it for?** A: I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle.
