I used the A1 pre seed fertiliser alongside the growsure aquagel "smart grass" seeds. Scarified the lawn to begin with and then punched holes in the turf using a garden rake, used a spreader for the seed and then the A1 fertiliser. Watered regularly, at least once a day and this is the result so far. I plan to use the A1 autumn/winter fertiliser (already purchased) alongside the same seed for further overseeding. Very pleased with the results. I should also mention I used weed killer (weedol) one week prior to scarifying to kill all the weeds without destroying the pre-existing lawn. I followed the instruction leaflet that A1 sent vie email after the purchase and I can now very gladly say I am the owner of the best looking lawn in the area. It has taken some time to achieve this and it is hard work but it is very well worth the effort. I have people asking me hoe I have managed to get the grass so bushy and green.
