I read the few posts that said their watch arrived missing certain hands and not working, but was hopeful that it was a situation that was not common. The first arrived with no second hand at all....not broken off or not working, but the entire watch was put together with it not being included at all. Customer service with Amazon was great and had a new watch in my hand the very next day. 35 days later, the watch all of the sudden stopped keeping time, losing 5 minuets for every 20 on both the time zone and roman numeral displays. The second hand was the only hand continuing to keep time at a regular pace. The watch is beautiful, more so then then the photographs, but an overpriced piece of junk. We could not have been more disappointed in what happened with this watch as is was a gift for a very important occasion. Amazon is now refunding the purchase price and we will research and purchase are better quality watch.
