Review: feels entirely worth it. - As a human who's been navigating the journey of pregnancy (or supporting someone who is!), finding a prenatal multivitamin that truly aligns with health values and provides comprehensive support is paramount. That's why I'm genuinely thrilled to share my positive experience with the Garden of Life Organics Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin. From the moment I started taking these, the quality was evident. What immediately stood out was the commitment to being Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Vegan. In a world where so many supplements are filled with unnecessary additives, it's incredibly reassuring to know that I'm putting only the cleanest, most natural ingredients into my body – and by extension, supporting my developing baby with the best possible foundation. The blend of essential nutrients in this prenatal is truly impressive. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of Vitamin D3, B6, B12, C, Iron, and Folate. During pregnancy, energy levels can be a real rollercoaster, and I genuinely felt a noticeable difference in my sustained energy throughout the day, which I attribute to the potent B vitamins. Furthermore, knowing that it provides crucial folate for healthy fetal development gives immense peace of mind. It’s not just about meeting the minimum requirements; it’s about providing optimal support. Beyond the ingredients, the product itself is easy to incorporate into a daily routine. The fact that it's a 30-day supply makes it convenient for monthly replenishment. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, which can sometimes be a concern with supplements, and the gentle formulation has been kind to my sensitive stomach. In summary, the Garden of Life Organics Women’s Prenatal Multivitamin is a truly high-quality product that I wholeheartedly recommend. It's a fantastic choice for any expectant mother seeking a clean, effective, and ethically produced prenatal that genuinely supports both her well-being and the healthy development of her baby. It’s an investment in health that feels entirely worth it.
Review: I'm so amazed. My new multi. - If you're like most people, you've probably tried SO many different vitamins. Methylated, liposomal, fat-soluble, etc. It doesn't stop there. Multivitamins for over 30, over 50, one size fits all, prenatal, diabetic, etc. Then you get into more specific ones where you literally have to dedicate an entire pantry to fit all your vitamins, the A, B, C, D and E vitamins, ashwaganda, garlic, methylcobalamin, Xanthanthine, etc. No more need ladies. I just hit my 40s and my hair has been thinning and falling out as observable on the root of my hair strands where it gets thinner and the sheer amount of hair I pick up in the shower. I've had to cut down my cholesterol by way of reducing red meat, which has reduced my iron levels. Iron is crucial for hair and is one of the probably many variables you've explored if you're in my same shoes. The B vitamins were doing nothing. I've had IV infusions for this problem and still didn't notice any benefit. I've only started taking this for a few days and already, my hair which would go from like 20-30 strands of daily loss has been cut by a half. I probably need to keep taking this and wait a bit longer to see the full threshold. So my guess is, it must be the iron in this. Or who knows what else. I do know it is potent as I feel sustained energy. My digestive system accepts it no problem as it's actual food and not just a bunch of minerals stamped together. I'm happy it's all organic, real food, and has good stuff in it. Taking 3 a day doesn't bother me. The size is shy of horse pills, but not too intimidating. The taste, smell, and aftertaste are fine to me, not bothersome. I know it's more expensive than your average supplement, but you should never go cheap on your health and this is the good real stuff, not the synthetic stuff. It's absorbed by your body more effectively. These also don't have artificial binders or fillers. 2 thumbs up! BTW, cutting red meat cut my lipids to the low 40s which is on the very low range. I did it with diet, exercise, apple cider vinegar in water, and mainly cutting out red meat. If you're dealing with this issue, try this, but of course watch your minerals. Don't go to automatically thinking you need more B like I did. Iron is a culprit and prenatal have them for fetal development. Opt for fish, nuts, avocados, and plant based foods. Then you can get a grade A+ from your doctor for the cholesterol. I'm not taking this for pregnancy at all. It's just got so much good stuff all women can benefit from in any stage of life. It's whole food! Just don't take it thinking you're consuming good food. That's not it. You can overdose on vitamins causing toxicity in your body.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW Prenatal VS Garden of Life my kind Organics Prenatal Multi for women.**
A: The biggest difference is the RAW prenatals are uncooked, untreated, unaltered and not certified organic where the Organic one is certified organic and is not RAW. Here is another users comparison that's found:Both are the same length, but the rounded Raw capsule is thicker. The Kind Organics tablet (w/ patented "Clean Tablet Technology") has a mildly sweet, fragrant coating that gets slippery with less water-easier for me to swallow. When immersing both in vinegar (digestion test), the Kind Organics tablet sinks to bottom of cup and begins dissolving faster than the Raw capsule, which stays floating on top of the vinegar in the cup. They both have 800 mcg. (200%DV) folate. The folate has all the vitamin properties of folic acid,* but it's wonderfully NON-synthetic. *This is the PRIMARY prevention of devastating neural tube defects. Both of these GOL prenatals are gluten/dairy free whole food multivitamins with no synthetic binders or fillers. They have the same amount of vitamin C, Biotin, Iron, Iodine, vitamin E , Niacin, Pantotheric Acid AND Ginger.Kind Organics is Organic, Non-GMO and Vegan certified. It has more vitamin B6, B12, vitamin K, Selenium, Riboflavin, Thiamin and Chromium. This also includes peppermint leaf in its "stomach soothing blend."Vitamin Code Raw Prenatals has MANY organic ingredients, but is not USDA certified organic. However, it has more vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium AND contains enzyme activators, Molybdenum (a raw food chelated mineral), mixed carotenoids (including lycopene), tocopherols, organic seeds, beans and sprouts (along with their organic fruit/veggie blend), algae, etc. This also includes brewers yeast and fermented soy.I was already "sold" on the benefits of raw foods, so I'm a bit surprised that the Kind Organics isn't raw. In addition to the Organic/Non-GMO/Vegan certifications, Kind Organics appears to have a less "exotic" food list for those that may have allergies-particularly to seeds, sprouts and soy.The only physical difference I've noticed so far is a temporary mild, unsettled stomach when I take the Kind Organic Prenatal. This could possibly be attributed to my sudden switch in vitamin blends after prolonged use of the Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal.--------------------Hope this helps you! I personally love the RAW vs the organic and this is the first pregnancy that I've used the organic and not RAW. However, you can't go wrong with either :) both will give you and baby more pure nutrients then the prescriptions docs give you :)

**Q: Can you crush these and put them in food?**
A: If you call Garden of Life and ask them, they will say yes. However when you crush any vitamin or medication, those ingredients go into your bloodstream quickly rather than being slowly absorbed if you swallowed it. .If you are sensitive to niacin or other supplements, then crushing this and taking the powder would give you all of niacin in a quick release and could cause you to have the "niacin flush", feeling uncomfortable heat on your skin and redness. I was actually allergic to the Annato in this vitamin and when I crushed the vitamin and took the powder with water... My body got all of that annato at once causing a very intense allergic reaction- within 5 minutes of swallowing the powder. and it was more intense than if I would have swallowed it whole and it slowly absorbed. Be cautious. But the niacin flush alone is not dangerous that I know of- just uncomfortable. So in summary, you can crush it and put it in food but I would lee some Benadryl handy in case you are allergic to anything in it too- rare but possible. P.s. I didn't have the allergic reaction until the 4th day of taking the vitamin. That happens often with allergies. Not always the first time you ingest it.

**Q: How does it contain iodine if it doesnt contain fish?**
A: Hi, Marlena, mykind Organics Prenatal Multi is a Certified Vegan, Certified USDA Organic Whole Food Multi made from over 30 powdered organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. The 150 mcg of Iodine in particular comes from Organic Sea Kelp. The rest of the botanicals, fruits & vegges that make up the Certified Organic Food Blend are listed on the Supplement Facts panel. I hope this helps! Thanks, Noelle K. Garden of Life

**Q: What form of folate is used? (not how much) i can't find any information about if it's l-5-mthf or other, or not at that biologic level at all.**
A: Broccoli is an ingredient which has a lot of folate.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great vitamins for pregnancy or TTC
*by M***Y on August 25, 2026*

These pills definitely have an odor which makes sense because they whole food vitamins. I haven’t had any skin breakouts or stomachaches. You should take with food for best effects. You get a 100% of daily values of recommended vitamins. These vitamins don’t have choline so if you are pregnant. I would say these are good vitamins overall. Great if you are TTC. My hair and nails have been really growing! No side effects. I highly recommend.
