Review: Good Expansion - Sea salt and Paper is a great little card game and this expansion adds a few more things to the mix. The added cards do not change the game dramatically but adds enough to being some more things to think about.
Review: A must for the base game - If you play the main game, this addition is a must. I never play without it now.

- This Extra Salt expansion is for the family card game Sea Salt & Paper. To play this, you must have the base game.

- The Jellyfish used with swimmers immobilise your opponents. The Lobster played with the crab allows you to take a card from the top 5 of the draw pile. The basket of crabs is worth 1 point per crab. The Starfish played with 2 duo cards is worth 3 points, but cancels the effect of the cards. Finally, the Seahorse replaces any missing collection card.

I was a little reserved in buying this, considering it costs half the price of the full game for essentially 8 cards, but it is cheap and adds really clever new ways of playing. I think the game, and now the expansion, are really well designed. My partner and I love playing this.
