Review: Be patient & trust the process - this works! - Best supplement I have taken in a long time. I’ve been seeing results after 3 months of taking this product (just finishing my 4th box), starting on 1 tablet twice a day and rising to a dosage of 2 tabs in the morning and 1 at night (if on training days - rest days just 2 tabs with breakfast in the morning). I’ve noticed considerable changes in body fat percentage and overall lean mass. Of course it’s not just down to this product, but a good varied diet and training 2-5 times a week has provided a solid base for this catalyst to work. My advice is to have patience and trust the process. If you want to look leaner, eat less & move more, plus include this supplement to aid in the journey. One supplement I’d consider stacking with this is vitamin D. Take a read of some studies of Ashwahandha and vitamin D, respectively, in association with bodybuilding/fitness and then get yourself some of this.

Best supplement I have taken in a long time. I’ve been seeing results after 3 months of taking this product (just finishing my 4th box), starting on 1 tablet twice a day and rising to a dosage of 2 tabs in the morning and 1 at night (if on training days - rest days just 2 tabs with breakfast in the morning).
