At 10.5 months, the screen stopped working. I've spent 6+ weeks chasing the manufacturer for an RMA. They are horribly unresponsive and have limited contact options available.Caveat emptor: if you decide to chance it, buy an extended warranty with a reliable contact center for the inevitable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice spare laptop *by C***E on December 19, 2023* Bought it for gaming/work laptop. All I need from this laptop is to play Genshin impact, microsoft excel, outlook, and youtube.I didn't expect much at gaming because the price is just too good to play a game. But I was wrong! Genshin impact works really great with this laptop, and I'm using both desktop and this laptop to play the game now.Of course excel/outlook works great as well. The plenty size, 512GB of SSD is more than enough, and 16GB ram (DDR4) is just so awesome.Ran a youtube test video with 4K resolution and it plays a video without any delay/latency, and the screen quality is really clear too. Absolutely love it.This laptop is also not to thick to carry.Great laptop for work/ spare for gaming ### ⭐ Many issues *by T***R on December 3, 2023* It doesn't have the proper drivers for windows 11 and keeps declining the updates of apps. I've contacted Microsoft all day today and we've been unable to fix it, it also has a lot of light bleed and is incompatible with windows 11 in general... it won't even let you download the xbox app as it is incompatible with that too. The TouchPad stopped working after 24 hours and it's battery isn't impressive.
