Wish it had slots for pens/USB drives/small items, but the dividers make these manageable. The straps on the cover/pockets look nice but since there's no quick release they quickly get tedious to open/close. My biggest issue is the strap design- I used the bag for 2 weeks and the loop clip for the strap broke. It uses a ball-ring style connector and the metal ring that retains the fastener broke, causing me to drop the bag on the pavement and causing case damage to my laptop. The bag looks nice and the leather is decent quality, but the metal parts are not very sturdy. Also getting a lot of fraying/loosening of the stitching. Suspect this bag will last about 3 months of use before falling completely apart. I cannot tell the difference between the two in appearance. It is leather, and therefore does smell like leather. The odor has dissipated since having it out of the box. It is as pictured, and is a nice bag for the price point. I am a bit concerned that it will not stand up to hard use, but I have only had it a few days. So far, it has upheld well. It is a basic messenger bag; so if you are looking for a giant bag, this is not it. It's a good looking, leather bag useful for carrying books, notes etc. I used leather conditioner on it, and it softened up well. A good bag for carrying what you might need for the day. I am glad I purchased this bag, and not the one twice the price that looks exactly the same. As described and pictured.
