I have had a rotator cuff injury for a decade that has not gotten better with rest, exercise, or any other type of physical therapy. In three months of taking these it has faded into the background. From not being able to raise my arm past my shoulder height without a lot of pain to feels great. Couldnt do pushups for a decade and started doing some again a week ago and it feels good.
