Not for 04-10. Correct?** A: I had to refer to a Cone equivalency chart to answer this... It shows the lower fire numbers in reverse order (counting down) and then continuing with high fire numbers in increasing order (lower 06, 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10). The Cone corresponding to the racks specs of 2025 degrees F would be Cone 02. If I understand the chart correctly, the bead rack would be appropriate for Cone 022 - Cone 03 and in some cases for Cone 02. For this info, I referred to the pyrometric chart at: http://www.clay-king.com/kilns/pyrometric_cone_temperature_chart.html. At my rec center we've been firing mostly Cone 06-05 which is lower temp, and it's worked fine.
