After doing some research online, I read that it’s advised to take electrolytes. I wanted something as natural as possible and the reviews on these seemed pretty positive. I have to say that the improvement after taking these is definitely noticeable. I feel more alert, less lethargic and have more energy at work. I mix these into some iced water with a splash of cordial and they taste fine to me, really refreshing. I get the slightly salty taste but I don’t find them unpleasant, for me they are more a combination of sweet and salty. I agree with other reviews who comment on the price. These are very expensive, for 15 sachets they aren’t exactly value for money, however I feel they’re a good quality product by (as far as I’m aware) a reputable brand. I’ll definitely repurchase but only use on days where I feel I really might need them.
