A: I would return it... After 6 weeks the lights didn't work properly.... they started to blink and colors wouldn't change properly.

A: I bought it for a 10 gal, and it has been great for us... the air holes have gotten clogged, so I clean them when I clean the tank with a tooth brush and make sure a bristle gets in the hole.  Light part works excellent and allows you to totally change the appearance of the tank, while still keeping the over head light normal

### ⭐ Sadly, trust the negative reviews. *UPDATE: completely stopped working

**UPDATE: this product has completely stopped working. Turning it "off" would only turn it to red light, and there was no way via the remote or the direct control button to actually turn the light off. It has since stopped allowing any air to pass through and came disconnected from the bottom of my tank. I wish I were still in the return period! Original review: I had high hopes that our air pump was strong enough (rated for 60 gallons, in our 40 gallon tank) that this product would work for us, but alas, I should have trusted the negative reviews! We can, occasionally, get bubbles out of up to three holes on this bar (and yes, we've tried tilting, angling, blocking holes, etc... that helps for maybe a minute before the bubbles stop). We now have hooked up an air toy to the other end and just let the air escape there, instead. It's very disappointing when you splurge on this product for the wall of bubbles and the visual effect that imparts and you get a pitiful bubble stream instead, but the lights do look nice and I won't go through the effort of removing this from my tank. FYI, for those using a 40-gallon breeder, it fits but only just: the air lines on either end will be sharply bent, although it was enough for air to pass in our setup.
