Within 24 hours of setting the tv up, I had issues with the picture (See attached image). It's possible that it's because it's refurbished but it seems to be somewhat of a common issue. Once the problem starts, it progressively gets worse and affects all inputs including the built in apps. Apparently there can be a problem with the image processor. The work around is turning the TV off and back on (power cycle). Once you do that, the problem goes away for that viewing session.There are two other problems I experience that don't seem to be common. One of the problems seems to be exclusive to Amazon video but I'll get audio popping or drop out periodically. I am using optical out to a surround sound system. Never experienced that problem using the tv speakers. Last issue is sometimes I'll need to let the TV sit for a minute or two before using any internet based content (YouTube, Amazon, Netflix). When I try using the apps quickly after turning the TV on, I'll get error connection issues.I'm planning on returning the TV in hopes of getting it replaced with a completely functioning TV or if Secondipity get's the Sony X930e in stock, I'll be buying that TV instead.All in all I completely recommend the x900e IF, the tv functions as expected. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Refurbished TV is not so bad! *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on November 5, 2018* This TV has great picture quality. I gave it a 4 because the remote control was used and you could tell some of the numbers show sign of usage..
